Sail Canada announces dates of the 2026 Senior Championships for Formula Kite, ILCA 6 and 7

Sail Canada announces today the dates of its 2026 Formula Kite as well as ILCA 6 and 7 Senior Championships to be held in Kingston, Ontario.

Sail Canada Senior Championships for Formula Kite will be held August 7-9th, while Sail Canada Senior championships in the ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 will be held from September 25-27th.

The events will be hosted by CORK Sail Kingston, along with the Olympic Classes Regatta.

More information regarding these championships will be available in the upcoming months, while dates for other national and regional championships will be communicated later.

Sail Canada previously shared information about the following 2026 National and Regional Championships:

-Sail East: July 17-19, Glen Haven (N.S.) – hosted by St. Margaret Sailing Club

-Youth Fest: August 11-15, Kingston (ON) – hosted by CORK/Sail Kingston
